We were so happy to find Erika, Justin and their lovely and very well behaved dogs, Brodie & Willow. Our rescue dog Ted can be nervous around other dogs and Erika took her time to really get to know Ted, my husband and myself before very carefully introducing Ted to her dogs. Whilst Ted isn't quite confident enough for regular daycare with Erika, he does stay overnight on the odd weekend and always returns home exhausted and happy. Erika always sends me the sweetest videos of the dogs playing together and I truly trust her to look after Ted as if he was her own. Thank you Erika, I don't know what we would have done without you!

We want to say a huge thank you to Erika for the exemplary care that she gives. She takes such good care of Stan and we know that he adores her so much that we don’t need to worry about him at all.
She takes him on a wide variety of new, exciting and fantastic walks with all his doggie buddies. They play all day and have well thought out enrichment, training and fun.

Erika is amazing with the pups! She has taught them so much and loves them like her own. They are always so happy when they come home after a day with the gang (especially if it has been a pup birthday party!) the photos and video updates are the highlight or our Monday knowing they have had such a fun day. Erika goes above and beyond with the boys and is always on hand to help with advice and suggestions.
The boys have also boarded with Erika and Justin and they are treated like part of the family. The pupdates while we are away are so wonderful to see that they are having just as much fun on their holiday with the Theobald’s as we are. There isn’t anything better than knowing that the boys are with someone who loves and cares for them as much as we do at home.

Erika is a star and has been amazing with our Springer Benji. He is a rescue and has anxiety so Erika took time to get to know him and introduced him slowly to the other dogs. At pick-up he now drags her off without a backwards glance and has a lovely day, returning exhausted and ready for a rest. She's given us training advice and worked with us on his recall. Boarding Benji with Erika takes away all the stress and worry and means that we can sleep easy, although i think his snoring keeps them awake!

Cooper has been with Surrey Hills Happy Hounds for nearly two years now and he absolutely loves it! Erika has great knowledge of dogs and their behaviour and has helped me a lot with training outside of day care. She is a huge part of why I have such a well behaved spaniel! Erika has a very strict policy for accepting dogs, it is meticulously thought out and makes one feel very comfortable knowing pup is in the best hands.

Our Working Cocker Spaniel Loki has been cared for by Erika for almost 2.5 years and we are still so happy that we found her!
Erika always goes the extra mile, she sends us a personal daily video of his day and often photos during the day of the daft places he’s decided to climb into, usually a freezing water trough 🙈 Erika also spends time grooming him, especially the grass seeds from his ears and will always wash him if he’s rolled in something yucky 🙄
Loki loves his Wednesdays with her and looks forward to playing and socialising with all his buddies. We highly recommend her and the care she gives our furry baby.

Archer has been going to SHHH for years now. It is safe to say that those days that he is there are his favourite days of the week. The lovely Erika is an exceptional dog trainer and has taught Archer so much. He is always tired and happy after he has visited SHHH.
Erika is always been accommodating and reliable. She has looked after Archer many times when we have been on holiday and honestly, Archer loves it soo much, it feels like Archer has been on holiday as well.

Our spaniel, Inca, has been a regular visitor to Surrey Hills Happy Hounds for nearly three years now and we feel very fortunate to have found such a fantastic, kind and professional service to help us out on our days when we are at work. Inca always heads off very happily when she’s picked up and is returned clean and well walked at the end of the day. On her days at SHHH she is with a consistent small group of other similar sized dogs, who she plays with, and she also enjoys all the comforts of home with a sleep on the sofa after a good run around. Erika takes absolutely excellent care of Inca and we would have no doubt in recommending SHHH to anyone looking for some support with their dog care.
